Owner on site 24/7, very pleasant and very accommodating. Very, very clean facility and room. Smaller room but adequate for our needs. Reasonable vending machine prices. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Would refer this facility to family and friends. Would most certainly stay here again.

*Chose this hotel because it offered Smoking Rooms (3 on the 3rd floor at end of hallway) and didn't want to have to go outside in below freezing temps* Check In was easy and friendly. $20 pet deposit. Good location off the highway. Near major restaurants (Check out Whistle Stop Cafe or Hometown Cooking). Water pressure was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Elevator was efficient. Fridge/MW in room.

Ambiance, location and staff knowledge. Breakfast was very good and they even have a wafflemaker in the shape of Texas. So fun and really good, too. First time in Decatur and felt at home. Even townspeople very friendly and helpful.

The facility over all was great the only thing that was not good was the breakfast set up

The breakfast was minimal, and not much to choose from, especially since we ate there three mornings.

Breakfast was a little weak -- They had bananas and tangerines and orange juice, but for the main your choices were white bread toast, Texas shaped waffle, fruit loops, cornflakes, and instant oatmeal.

Basic "continental breakfast but expected for the cost. Made use of the breakfast every day, 4 mornings.

No major complaints. Breakfast is simple. Waffles, cereal, toast, oatmeal. It was quiet as beds were comfortable.
